I hope you're still checking in on the forum. Any updates on the status of your short sale?
Ours has just now been assigned to a negotiator. The offer was submitted to Chase around mid July and they're just now getting to it - ugh. I hope they'll speed things up. I worry that the prospective buyer will decide to walk away from the deal while Chase takes their sweet time.
