1pochild/Mary - I am so sorry for your situation. I've been getting the runaround since April of this year. I finally emailed Desoer a week ago and since then, have seen much progress. I am, however, late on payments (haven't paid since March). They are still giving people grief if they are not behind. They have definitely come under fire lately and I suspect they will act fast on your request. I wish you the best of luck. Please keep us all posted and if you are still getting nowhere, there is always NACA. If things don't work out for me, I may go that route myself. Best wishes and hang in there!
