And what if you're 100% sure that you have SEVERAL clear predatory lending violations? Would it be better to go in aggressive and get noticed or to try playing nice at first? In other words if you've had two attorneys confirm the violations but neither have the time or interest to pursue litigation is it worth continuing to find a lawyer to go in hard or to maybe get the process going yourself and then bring on an attorney a bit further into the process?
