Thank you so-cal-gal. I believe it was transferred in January 2007 from Countrywide to Litton. I need to check our paperwork though.

I think Litton/Countrywide is trying to get the house. Unlike many people in today’s economy, we actually still have about $100k in equity in the house. It makes sense why they would want it.
