FHA Secure is looking at the 1st mtg only not the 2nd .. the 2nd needs to suborinate (if you have a second)

if you only have a 1st; then you need to ask your lender for a short refi (your current lender needs to forgive some of your loan to allow you to refi with FHA Secure)
