Hi Evan, I wasn't sure if I should contact Jeanne or Jim. Based on what I've read, they have helped with loan mods. We are in the process of getting our paperwork ready to submit to Jeanne Drake for a loan modification but it's not ready yet. Do you think I should fax her all of the documents i have regarding the lost payment first and then follow up with loan mod papers? Thanks |
