So I got on SLS.net and they have a place where you can email them. So I typed the same letter into there that I mailed them and 24 hours later I got a response!

Not what I was hoping for though. They offered to cut my intereset rate from about 13% down to 4.25 of 4.5%. That would cut my payments from almost $650 to under $275. That is a nice cut -- but I am still in the same place with regards to Equity -- WELL UNDERWATER! So I re typed the offer part of the original letter and sent it back to them.

Let them Foreclose!
