That's great, whatever works. Calling is not working for me, I've called
CW many times, I wrote letters many times but no one returned my call.
What works for me is I've emailed all the names that Moe, Andrew, *** and Poppy listed in this forum, I used their first_last
name@countrywide.com
and for some reason my agent gets a call from my negotiator the same day I've emailed them.
