Interesting. I haven't been around enough to have noticed, but I think you're right.
Today we finally accepted the HOPE dept mod we recieved last month. Never did get ahold of Carrie Crawford (neg) to get her opinion or get an update on our NACA account. Now, let's just hope we did the HOPE mod paperwork correctly. The notary claimed one of the papers didn't need to be signed/returned because are are in CA and got an additional page that he claimed was a replacement for the
CW standard page.
