| need a little advice on affidavit I have been lurking on this site for about 3-4 weeks and I am glad I found it!
Long story short...
I am separated from a dead beat and I am in foreclosure.
I was 2-3 months behind and kept my head in the sand(stupid) instead of contacting Citi and trying to work something out and because of that the started foreclosure proceedings and my house has a sale date of 8/27.
As soon as I got the notice at the beginning of the month I contacted them right away. The people whom I have contacted multiple times have been very, very helpful and I am great full for all of their help and they pre-approved me over the phone, after a few calls.
2.1% for 5 years and a 1% increase every year and maxing at 5.1%, over a total of 40 years.
My loan is 220000 and I make gross 32000 per year and I am the only one on the loan, because the dead beat has and had no job at the time of the re-finance 3 years ago. I have racked up credit cards and borrowed from family just to make it go the past three years.
I have been approved for the HAM program and I received my papers today via UPS overnight and I have a few questions and the Fannie Mae form 1021.
1. The first question they ask is has my income been reduced or lost?...
I have lost some money every month from my soon to be ex, but mine has stayed roughly the same. So what should I put since I am the only one on the loan?
2. The 2nd question they ask is has my financial circumstances changed? What should I put since I am the only one on the loan? I did have a drop in hours since the loan
3. Have my expenses increased? Not much other than CC bills and I am paying for healthcare for my daughter and I through work. SHould I include that?
They gave me a payment of $822 which I know I can make every month without help from family, which makes me happy.
I am also worried about the foreclosure date but the people on the phone keep telling me not to worry because it is so far out?? I am worried but getting these papers today make me feel a whole lot better.
Any advice on filling these out would help and does it make a difference when I send in the tax papers if the soon to be ex is still on there? He made about 8k last year doing construction. Thanks soo much and I am very glad I found this site! |
