wow i think a lot of people have walked away from thier home. hopefully chase is the only one doing this i have not heard of other banks besides chase and countrywide messing people up. a friend of mine has another no name company and their mortgage was cut in half the first time no trial modification not waiting they got approved over the phone sent in paperwork and started paying their new mortgage the next month i wish it was that easy. |
