Murray12 it is in California. I get to sit in on a meeting with the lawyer on Saturday and I will get more info. Fraud for monetary gain is worse than just fraud. They are capitalizing on falsifying records and documents. I know you are across the country so real estate laws may be different but please get an experienced lawyer, show them your documentation, start your litigation and stop them from continuing to mess up your life and other people's lives.
