Hey Everyone.. Just a quick update. Found out the day after original sale date that the new sale date was 7/28. I had heard nothing from Naca so I called yesterday and left a message and emailed for an update. My only response was an email saying that my sale date was postponed to 7/28. So today, I forced my self to call the Advocacy dept. at BofA. I spoke with Marianne who was very nice. I explained that I was aware that she was not supposed to give me information but that I had been told by BofA that foreclosures were put on hold during the modification process. She told me that we don't have a sale date! She went on to tell me that Leanna Meyer was working on my account and she couldn't make guarantees but there was a note put on today that projected if modification was approved papers would go out at the end of this week or next.
I post this for one major reason. I was so discouraged because I haven't been getting any sort of response or information from NACA for over a month now. But this shows that someone at NACA is working my file, it just seems that I don't have access to that person. I'm okay with that!

It also shows that if you get the right person one the phone at BofA you can get information. It's all about communication I guess. If you get someone who won't help you, hang up and call back. We all know you never get the same person twice, right?? Good luck to all.
