I understand, BUT in my area it is not feesable, as the Rents on a House are high if not in most cases Higher than mortgage, so I can only see peeps moving out not long after the rental agreemant due to not being a saving, and Bank wins they collect 100% interest or Rent they end ahead, we move new renters come in...
