Maxie,

Did you call and get a status update from EMC? If so what did they say?

My last contact with EMC was an email on 7-7 from the person I have been dealing with from the Executive team telling me that she received my affadavit and would escalate my file to underwriting. I was thinking of giving them a call later today for a status update.

I have a coworker who is going through the same runaround with Citi and was eventually denied due to not enough income. He had a paycut that is why he is now in trouble with his mortgage and is now working with NACA.
