Want to say Bye and Thanks

Well you can read my post under Calif Attorneys. It is really over for me. I have been a wreck and more horrible to live with than I thought I was capable of. Now I want to dismantle and get out ASAP. Lots of stuff will be left behind. The broken dreams and ugly reality. I have been given lots of support from others who have walked before me down this road. Never did I think I would find out the bank would not even take the default money plus legal. Unreal. Finally got an inheritance and could pay back but they said NO. So someone will one day live on the property I was first owner of and get my deck and views of Mt. Diablo with no rear neighbours and use my Koehler toilets, enjoy my large tiles in my bathrooms. Obama did not make the banks work with upside down homeowner's since the banks obviously have some sort of sinister agenda.

For all of my cyber buddies; Moe, Professor Shays, all you guys who ever tried to help I thank you from my heart. You were there when I was freaking out, trying to offer help and this means much to one who needed you all. I hope you get my message, know that you are really friends even though I never actually saw your face. Amazing.

We who have been through this are a special club. We were the first wave of burned Americans. We have lost lots of hard earned money and the security of having our own home. In the Bay Area of California it was a stretch to think one could have a home if you didn't make tons of cash. Some of us did it, some have signed 40 year loans and some have been kicked to the curb. I hate losing this but pray there will be some kind of positive someday. I wish you all the best. I hope for us there will come a peace of mind soon. I'll check in sometimes.

Take care,
Cristina A.
