I think everyone has had major issues with Chase. I am currently 4 months behind on my mortgage. But called them before I was ever even late. I have had nothing but run around. Now I am afraid thT i WILL BE DENIED FOR "THE OTHER programs" and be left with no house to call home. I will continue to pray for all of us.
