The lady helping us is with AuritonSolutions.org (from the 888-995-hope) and said she is contacting Wachovia on our behalf to recommend a HAMP loan mod that works for us. Also working with the credit card companies and put together a plan for the whole thing.
All help for free. And very sympathetic to our situation.
We don't qualify for NACA because we have a cabin and you can't have a second property with them.
