Hi everyone, this is my first time posting even though i have lurked around for months and months. After months of calling BOA formerly Countywide, i have finally gotten the FEDEX i have been waiting for. The making homes affordable folder saying that they will put me on a 3month trial period and then hopefully modify my loan. My only worry is, will they actually modify our loan, or come back and say, sorry we cant help you. Has anyone had either outcome?
