I read the article and it appears to pertain to refinancing. They are extending that from 105% to 125% which they should. I know Vegas is hit really hard like Californias Bay area! It looks like the 31% HAM is still our best bet if we can get Wachovia to do it! Like I mentioned before they offered me a MOD but it was still way more than 31% and I cannot do it at this time. My husband has been unemployed for 11 months now.
I don't want to give up hope just yet, I really want my HOME! So please if anyone is having success with wachovia and the 31% HAM please help the rest of us out on here.
