Interesting. They send some people coupons and some not? I didnt get any and no mention of a fourth payment. I think it is good to know the info about how underwater we all are as a gauge for what final terms might be.
Shelly, I ask myself everyday why I am even considering this too. I will wait for final terms and then make a decision. IF I only get a reduction for 5 years, it wont be worth considering.
