Last I heard, was it is going to take few more weeks before we can hear on permanent mods......I dont have any hope that Chase will offer a permanent mod, looking at all the stories here......

When they offered the trial payment, the HOA fees was not included......and they said not to worry...as this will be included in the final mod......but now, looks like they are extending the trial payments by another 3 months ........what the heck??????
