This was on July first on the making home affordable website.
(http://makinghomeaffordable.gov/pr_07012009.html)...."Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan today announced an expansion of the Obama Administration's Home Affordable Refinance Program to include participation by borrowers who are current but up to 125 percent underwater on their mortgage."
Not sure if this will help us California folks
It won't help us to accept this offer, maybe if there are enough of us that got the World Savings reach around we can do something.
Anyone know a good tort attorney?
