Dave,
I'm having the same issues as you, the offer from Wachovia mod was more than 31%. I just received it yesterday so have not called them back yet. I'm expecting the run around though. I'm in California and our houses are so upside down it unreal. Mine is by about 250K, thats a huge loss for them. Hope someone can give us some helpful options and information. I need to know who to call to get the Obama 31% plan through wachovia. Help please!
