I have been trying to get mod since July 08.It seems like since NACA did the mass hiring the counselors are less helpful I have had a counselor call me while I was on the phone talking to another counselor. I had 2 phone appointments in a week, each time a different person asks for more documentation. Talked to counselor on June 29th she told me all I needed was the 4506-t and my file would be submitted. July 1 told I needed,property tax bill,recent mortgage statement, proof of homeowner's insurance,recent paystub.I have another phone appointment on July 6th hopefully my file is complete and will be ready for submission. Can anyone think of anything else I may need so I can fax over the weekend. I am already in foreclosure and my July 2nd sale date was postponed by BOA. The last NACA counselor was short with me and said "you make good money I don't see why you need mod" hope I don't get her again
