Wow! so many responses in one day! My car payments equal 1200 a month, for those of you wondering, we COULD afford it before, not now. We don't have a freddie/fannie loan either. We have an investor loan Wells Fargo is our investor. If fannie/freddie are requesting these documents, and we don't have a loan with them, why do we need them?? I'm totally confused?! has anyone here had the two forms requested and not had a freddie/fannie loan? Thanks for all the responses, glad to know once again I'm not alone in this... |
