I know faxed papers today, but I didn't include 2008 tax return. I think I will re fax tonite and include it. Rep I talked to on Wed. wasn't real clear about anything, in fact he seemed annoyed I was asking so many questions. I am scared because part of my husbands earned income was per diem, non taxable and non reportable, due to his job. Truck drivers can take the meal and lodging allowance as per diem and then not claim that deduction at end of year. Trouble is his income on our tax returns looks awful. They would wonder how we even got the house in the first place.
But the per diem was counted when
CW approved the mortgage. His former employer is sending us a statement, but wont have it until about Wed. next week. I have made a note of that on the NACA fax sheet though. Freddie Mac was supposed to have been looking at file in May when we provide update proof of income according the the email that NACA received. Jackeline showed that to me when I emailed NACA at that time.
The rep I got on Wed. seemed annoyed that I was concerned it had been over 5 months, didn't seem to know anything about the investor requesting info in May, and on and on. When I started asking questions that is when he emailed the 4506 and Hardship. Told me to call back 24hrs after faxing to see if they received it.
I agree the stress is outrageous. I have a hard time getting to sleep at night, thinking about this, then when I wake up its the first thing on my mind. Just the least little thing can put me in tears. Can only imagine what my blood pressure is like. I still have number for Juanice in B. Dosoers office, she said I could give it to NACA and she would see what she could do, but NACA has told me repeatedly not to advocate on my own, so I am afraid to mention it to them.
