| Re: ??? NACA problem... dthom-like you, I have never talked with the same person more than once at NACA. Never once has anyone told me "I am your counselor or your go-to person". From what I understand the 4506t form allows Fannie Mae to pull your IRS tax returns to ensure that you are not falsifying information and in fact are experiencing a financial hardship (loss of income). If your taxes are filed by an accountant (which mine are) I would think those would be satisfactory for Fannie Mae. NACA has had my 2007 & 2008 tax returns since I started sending them info at the beginning of February. NACA now has 80+ pages of info from me.
I am going to try and make a payment next Friday so I don't get any more than a month behind. I am stashing as much away as I can to come up with a whole payment, plus set aside the money for the bk attorney. The attorney wants me to try and get the mod completed before I file the chapter 7...this is almost becoming comical...everyone is now in limbo because of this never ending mod process! I can't remember the last time I slept a whole night peacefully or had a really good laugh. My body is starting to fall apart from the stress. |
