Re: ??? NACA problem...

Two days ago after waiting 5 months NACA told us they need the 4506T and the hardship affadavit. No mention of sending in the tax return, the 4506T is to enable them to pull your tax return info directly from IRS. I also had to provided update proof of income (3rd time we have done this for them). I decided to be proactive and also sent current property tax statement and Home Insurance renewal info even though they are escrowed already. Taxes went down, but insurance went up a bit.
Faxed everything today. Will call Monday to make sure they have everything they need. I have never even been assigned a regular counselor. Just keep getting different people. Freddie Mac had supposedly asked for the updated income info back in May, but according to last rep, CW/BofA has never responded since the last request. I intend to call NACA every week from now on,until I get an answer. I have a number from Juanice at B. Dosoers office, but have hesitated to call her back, since she has already told me she could not help if I stayed with NACA. She then called back and said I could give her number to NACA, but afraid if I do that NACA will be upset, since they have told me not to try to advocate on my own. Whole thing has become so stressful, I am just one big bunch of nerves all of the time.
Guess we will just wait some more and try again to get some kind of payment in. They have refused to take partials and that is all I can afford to come up with the past two months. I have saved only about 1K of the over $3K that CW/BofA now wants, and if they don't take a payment this month we will owe over $4k. I feel like this is the beginning of the end for us.
