| Re: ??? NACA problem... I believe NACA is inundated just like the mortgage servicers are.
Unfortunately there is a lot of human error going on on all sides of the equation. This is just classic example of an overwhelmed system and the only way not to get lost is to be that squeaky wheel that they hear from all the time and DOES NOT GO AWAY until they get help.
Trust in NACA , but keep fighting as if they weren't fighting for you at all and verify your counselor is on top of your case. They are a great organization, just inundated and overwhelmed with homeowners in their system and when it is like this, you get bad service.
