Hi PB -

Same as us - 2 payments behind and we will go BK as last resort too. I have managed to reduce all expenses (other than house) by almost $2,000 per month (not paying credit cards other than 2 I HAVE to so I can saty in business! so I will be talking to WAMU/Chase - if they turn me down when I am that close.... we will see.

Guess I have to fall back on ...let's see...in what order...BK....NACA...predatory lending lawsuit...also ....try to increase income!
