DH called today and the guy first said they needed the P & L, then the Schedule C, then I guess he read the notes and said Oh they had them and they were put into the imaging system on the 26th of June. Then it would be 2 weeks for a processor to look at it and then they will give it to a negotiator. Last week we were told we already had a negotiator. I mean, really? How hard could all this stuff be?

We will fend off BK as long as possible. They are aware that we will be filing BK...I don't know why they are stalling? We are now 2 payments behind.
