We haven't had NACA say anything about our two car loans. They aren't enormous, a total of $603 together. Are yours huge? We did get lectured by 995-HOPE (the number on MHA site). I just told her, listen, we COULD afford two car payments, just like we could afford a huge mortgage payment, we are in this mess because our income has gone DOWN $3K a month! We have lots of expenses we can no longer afford, and we are working to lower ALL of them, including the mortgage.
