Question: Since we have been pending with NACA for what seems like forever, and since things where we are have been stagnated, nothing happening, we have been toying with the idea of temporarily moving out to another location where we might have better opportunities, but, still continue with the modification on our house. We don't want to lose it. Are you required to be living in the house during the process?
