I couldn't agree with you more! My husband opened a checking and savings account with a local bank to try and stop our automated payments with a crappy timeshare we bought many years ago. But because BanK of America has been such a royal pain to deal with over the loan modification, we are closing
all of our accounts with them. Those a**holes transferred the money right out of our savings account with them to cover the timeshare payment and subsequent overdraft fees they keep tacking on to my husband's checking account (I transferred all of his money into my checking account so there wouldn't be anything left in his). I'm so sick of Bank of America! I encourage everyone that banks with them to do the same...GET EVERYTHING OUT! Let's stick it to them!
