Azdmsmith , I know I just got signed a 1 month forbearance agreement so I can
be more than 31 days late. I'm told they can't run me through the computer to even
to see if I qualify to start the 3 month trial. I know those aren't the Obama rules,
but they seem to be Home Retention's rules. My person at the Executive Board
handed me back over to them. I've made my 1 forbearance payment and now wait
to see if I go the 3 month trial. You did say you were current, right?
