It is unreal to me how long this is taking....Funny, the Hardhsip affidavit is a Fannie Mae form, but I don't have a Fannie Mae backed loan....funny they would require it of me....
I read an article yesterday that was written based on the experience Congresswoman Waters....(I think that was her name- Calif rep) with Countrywide and Wells Fargo while trying to advocate on the behalf of homeowners that had contacted her. Apparently she received an apology letter from WF but nothing from
CW/BofA. I will have to see if I can find it and post it..... at least someone from Congress has now experienced first hand what many of us are going through.... I hope it goes deeper than that! I would love for someone higher to just listen in to the phone calls.
