No update, just a rant!! My take on all this waiting, letting us fall behind in pmts by the difference of the trial mod vs our regular pmt, only in the end just to DENY! I think this is the plan all along, to let this all go down, then they can foreclose, wash themselves of the "toxic" loans, and start anew. Also, there are investment bankers out there just looking for this to happen, all the banks, not just Chase are helping those people. They will be the ones to buy our homes for pennys on the dollar, then turn around and FLIP them for $$. Its a racket, nothing more, nothing less.......after all this time and reading etc......and waiting.....that is my "take" on this sad scenario we are going thru.
