Azdsmith, I am so sorry to hear this for you. Stay on them, demand something else. Ask them for a regular mod or something. If you qualify, then you qualify, but if they say no, they NEED to be able to tell you why. Ask for the reason in writing. Go to the top! I am STILL waiting to hear, they posted my 3rd payment on June 12, still NOTHING!!
