Update: and QUESTIONS...
Nothing new on my MOD. BPO came back as $400,000.00. Just like I predicted.
I called NACA today and got the rudest person ever!!! She was aweful. I had never experienced anyone from NACA being that unpleasant until today. I too need the 4506-T form, the Hardship Affidavit and updated mtg. statement, updated pay stubs, updated homeowners insurance and tax bill. I was told that anyone who has gone over 3 months since submission has to upload these forms and financials. The rep said she was emailing me the forms. All she sent was a new Member authorization form and a fax cover sheet. An hour on hold and I still don't have the data I needed. So I found the forms on line.
QUESTION> on the 4506-T form, it says,
"DO NOT SIGN this form if a third party requires you to complete Form 4506-T and lines 6 and 9 are blank."
Since I got mine from on on-line *pdf, can anyone tell me if they received theirs from NACA with number 6 and 9 already filled in? If so, what was filled in? Any help would be appreciated. I have another phone counseling session on Monday and really wanted to get this stuff taken care of today and not think about it again over the 3 day weekend.
P.S. NACA is closed for the 3 day weekend.....
FAMILY UPDATE:
MRI: Possitive for 2 lumps in left breast. (Biopsy and ultrasound was done yesterday, not cysts or fluid filled sacks per ultrasound - I was hoping they were just fibroids...)
Neck Echo: Inconclusive ....but..(lump not consistant with a tumor or growth...good!)
***/Pet CT scan: Negative (Yay!!)
Cardiogram: Normal (First EKG was below normal)
Pulmonary function: Above normal
We should have the results from the biopsy in 3 to 4 days. But with 4th of July, I don't know if that will delay things or not.
I know I don't post much, and I kinda feel guilty about it....but I am here lurking..... and reading...I smile with you and crying with you....
I am too overwhelmed with the lay off's at work....(not knowing if I am next, my daughters Cancer follow-up...and the loan mod. I am now officially 60 days behind and scared to death....)
I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July..... and if anyone knows the answer to the question about the 4506-T form, I would greatly appreciate it.
