I forgot to ask you for the phone number of Dina Titus. Can you post that for the rest of us Vegas people? Keep us informed as to what you hear from her office.

My other questions to you is the one I keep asking myself. Even if you get a mod and save $400 or $500 a month and get a fixed rate 30yr mortgage is it still worth keeping a property that will most likely never recover it's purchase price in value?
