I have a question. We figuring your DTI ratio, are you supposed to figure in your current mortgage payment?
I called the Exec. Dept today because I was frustrated from talking to LM yesterday. They did not even have my numbers right and had my income off by 2000.00/mo giving me a 2000 per month deficit.
Exec dept ran over the numbers that were now correct and at the end she asked where I had gotten their exec number from that they had been receiving many, many calls these days.
