Kate, see my post #52 above. I had my client try Shkir's letter and it was rejected according to Alicia Crenshaw (MLO Team Member - Liquidation): "The below request to alter our approval letter has been declined. We must follow fair lending guidelines and treat all borrowers the same. As such, please advise if you wish to cancel your short sale request."
What is needed is the identity of the person who approved Shkir's letter. Right now, BofA is saying that they do not alter their approval letters.
