I’m glad to see some positive news coverage of Azeri banks. Azerbaijan hosts one of the strongest, pro-reform capitalist, trusted institutions in the Caspian region: the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA). Chairman Jahangir Hajiyev is doing great work with IBA: he invests in Azerbaijan and provides positive economic opportunity. Chairman Hajiyev doesn’t get enough credit but deserves our respect and admiration.
