(LoanSafe.org Moe’s Commentary) - This loan modification, foreclosure help, mortgage audit and loan report B$ has to got to stop in 2011. Please America, FTC, AG’s and anyone with a brain that can truly use it out there. This home and loan shit has REALLY got to stop!
It is literally killing me every day to see these online mortgage snake oil salesmen blogging from their self made internet pedestals dishing out disinformation for their own selfish gain. Then you have the other little online mortgage parasites who cosign these same scamming clowns. It’s like I am watching one big circle jerk and the homeowner is the target of these jerks.
And you know what, the homeowner falls for these scams every time.
Many of these same fraudsters got the consumer coming by selling them a toxic mortgage they could not read and now they have a fraudulent fix for that very same said home loan. It seems like the trusting and utterly foolish homeowner eats up these mortgage fixes every time.
It behooves me because I have been sitting here for three long years trying to warn these same people about these frauds. But it seems that many of them just love to be told what they want to hear. Hence, they gravitate towards these toxic blogs and loan modification helpers who are just vicious online wolves dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood with a report or audit to help you beat the Big Bad Wolf.
Little do these homeowner sheep know that these fake Red Riding Hoods are just the Big Bad Wolves bastard sons and daughters who will eat them and their bank accounts alive. Heck, at least I can go to bed at night knowing that I have done my service to humanity as an unselfish non-parasite who is looking to help and not rob those people who read my words.
These other parasitic blogging derelicts no longer cease to amaze me. They are just a bunch of white collar psychopaths that went from robbing with a pen or a speech, to robbing people blind with a blog and some hopeful words that are just lies littered with bait to lure the homeowner fish into their most fraudulent traps.
Mortgage and real estate Charlatans are everywhere I look online now.
They claim to have the answers to all your foreclosure, loan modifications, HAMP, NPV needs and may have a cure for about everyone of your mortgage ailments. Heck, they may even have a cure for your nicotine habit with an electronic cigarette they will sell you along with a worthless $700 stack of papers to help you not get a loan modification. Hey, it don’t matter if the California Attorney General issues public warning on these same products, these Charlatans have bills to pay on their kingly overheads that they slit your throat for.
Do you get where I am going here or does your mind not grasp coherent and logical thoughts?
Do you believe in Santa Claus? How about the tooth fairy?
No, don’t tell me you believe in the HAMP? No, say it ain’t so……..
Maybe people who listen to these frauds and buy into them truly deserve what they get? I do not mean this to be vindictive towards ignorant homeowners, but maybe it is your life learning lesson that one most endure pain in order to have gain.
In any event, we all get what we deserve. Whether you like it or not. My hopes are that you learn from your mistakes and bad choices.
